A valid NY cosmetology license

Front desk coordinator
Satori Salon is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist and Guest Service Coordinator to fill a full time position. This is a high energy position for someone with a charismatic personality, a great smile and the drive/desire to make sure every guest has the best experience possible. Having experience in high end customer service and an extreme love for beauty products (product junkies please!) are a huge plus.Our Guest Service Coordinator job description includes, caring for and facilitating appointments for over 300 hundred clients and several hairdressers and technicians a week while managing/maintaining our retail and front desk operations. Must have a ton of energy, be incredibly detail oriented and a positive force in a team environment. This is a great job with a lot of career and growth potential for the right candidate.
